UConn officials, Kevin Ollie begin meeting with NCAA’s Committee on Infractions over men’s basketball program investigation

>>UConn officials were meeting with the NCAA’s Division I Committee on Infractions on Thursday regarding the NCAA’s investigation into former coach Kevin Ollie and the recruiting practices of the men’s basketball program.

Former UConn men’s basketball coach Kevin Ollie was seen in Indianapolis — the city in which the NCAA is headquartered — this week by a fan who tweeted about it, and sources confirmed that the hearing was underway Thursday morning, with some of the participants appearing via video conferencing. It is unclear when a ruling or resolution regarding the pending case could be handed down.<<

"because the violation involved unethical or dishonest conduct, which seriously undermined or threatened the integrity of the NCAA Collegiate Model" unsure what the NCAA Collegiate Model even is anymore if Sean Miller is still employed...

"Ollie wouldn’t have been fired for cause, just or unjust, if he had won games. The inability to come to a suitable buyout exposed Ollie to unpleasant truths about his program. He is flinging wildly now, seemingly content to take out any and everybody in his path and the harder he tries the worse he looks..."

Does Ollie realize he probably litigated himself out of the Lakers job? Is he gonna sue LeBron for not picking him next?
