Lead or very close to the top on the most important stats.

I was somewhat surprised to see them in the 30's on 3 point shots with as many as the team takes. Guess teams are making a higher percentage then UConn does.

We played some teams early on that were blazingly hot from three which got the 3 point defense off to a terrible start - it has been steadily declining since. And the team has not shot consistently from three, including Moriah who has raised her average but hasn't gone on the tear she did in the last two years. She gets a short break after today and maybe turns it on for the post season.

On the raw numbers - there are a bunch of teams that shoot a lot of threes because they don't have good interior play or lack size - Uconn ranks #57 in attempts*, and there are 29 teams shooting a higher percentage on their 3s

* the #15 team has shot 700 times, #26 - 642, Uconn at #57 has shot 50 fewer at 592.
