Wood had a pretty good year with Minnesota. 14 goals, 21 assists and a share of the B1G title.

limited is an understatement. 3 seats available - all single seats. If this was XL I'm thinking minimum 5-6K - maybe upwards of 8-9K....but it is what it is.

There were significantly more seats available when I posted @ noon. Let’s see how many season ticket holders actually show up.

Yeah, i read a few days ago that ticketa to the public would be released in the afternoon and spaced on the possibility i should check right at noon.
The size of the rink basically makes a game like this the equivalent of a huge musician coming to town where if you dont jump online quick you're SOL.
 
It is what it is is that on Friday night we’re going to be playing to a full house in a beautiful on campus hockey rink. That’s always been the goal. Embrace it. The last time we were in this situation we beat BU at the XL and there weren’t any 8-9K in the building. I was there. We won that game. Let’s hope we play our game, stay out of the box and advance. Go Huskies!

If you are a season ticket holder you had to make an effort to actually buy the seats. I‘m sure those that purchased tickets will be there.

Anybody know if Gameday Conor is going to be at the game? He was there against Umass Lowell at the playoff game in 2023
 
Will the UConn Pep Band be there, or at MSG for the BE Tourney, or are there two pep bands? Anyone?

I assume the two lots adjacent to the arena are unavailable for general parking. South Garage is close by with a walk. But not too bad.
 
I’m rooting for UMass over BU. Coupled with UConn over Providence could propel us above BU in Pairwise, putting us 6th. Then we match with seed #3 (likely Maine) in the Allentown regional, instead of 7th vs #2 Michigan State in Toledo. Losing to Providence would likely drop us to 8th, which would match us with #1 BC in Manchester, NH. Shorter drive than Allentown, but not worth losing out of the HE final four in Boston.
