Heard someplace (can't remember where) that Arizona will play at PBA, the Texas game will be at Gampel. Cannot confirm.

That 6 game stretch is bonkers and is must watch TV for every Husky fan.
I see us going 6-0 with Florida being the toughest matchup with Condon coming back and Fland committing. But the staff has 1 week of prep before that game and they are the best at coming up with a game plan.

I imagine we might play low majors between the Arizona and Illinois games (9 day gap) and the Kansas and Florida games (7 day gap), so it won’t be those 6 in a row. But agreed, those marquee OOC games are all fantastic! Hurley and crew did a great job scheduling this year

After last year's XL Center slate of games I expect they won't stiff those season ticket holders again. So you're probably right.

I hope so, although at least we got some crazy games at the artist formerly known as XL. Of course, those games were closer than they should have been...

I was thinking the same. I'd expect Saturday afternoon cupcake games in between those high-profile weekday games. And maybe one more after Texas before BE play starts (not sure about total # of games though).

We are going 5-1 at worst over that stretch of 6 (with the toss up being Florida). I love that we are playing these teams but still very confident we have a lot of talent. I think this team picks up right where it left off, meaning playing the National Champion close. Throughout the year, the team to get better and ready for a run to #7

Texas is definitely at Gampel, Andrea Bocelli is at PBA that night

You'd have to assume New Haven at GP, UMass Lowell at PBA based on recent trends. Hopefully we Hartford people get Arizona too
I'm seeing Bocelli on 12/13 unless they need 12/12 to set up.

The Arizona game is scheduled for Wednesday, November 19th. I don't see anything scheduled for PBA that night.
I still believe Texas will play at Gampel on Friday, December 12th, not in Hartford.

BTW, the season starts in just 138 days . . . but who's counting.

I am!

I expect the final two games to be against an HBCU and another northeastern low-major.
Would be fun to play against a tough HBCU like Norfolk State. I wonder with Hurley being a Jersey guy and Robert Jones being a NYC guy, they could kindle something together.

Had the pleasure to chat w/ Coach Jones last month and here's my preview to Norfolk State's program. Destinations of Mid-Major Basketball: Norfolk State

Scrappy would claim it’s essential to replace the MTE and play good mid-major locals like Yale, Syracuse and Vermont.
Why did you put Syracuse before Vermont? It wasn't alphabetical as you led with Yale.

If I were a Vermont fan I'd take issue as the last time Vermont played Syracuse (2005 tournament) Vermont ended up winning.

I’ll selfishly suggest that they should play AT Cheney University, the first HBCU. Which is like 7 min from my house.
