The team we played in the first round this year was better than the team we played in the finals last year. Iowa State can win it.

If we can't play in the tourney next year, his dad will absolutely make him transfer. He's no fan of JC.
 
Thankful that this season is finally put out of its misery. This is ok as ISU earned the W and it's pretty obvious that a meeting with Kentucky would not have been one of our finest moments. Now we can just sit back and watch the tourney and root against Syracuse.
 
A season to forget but last year was awesome so at least we had that lol
 
hindsight 20/20 but Harkless would have been a real spark for this team, playing a strong and threatening 3

Daniels might b something, it's just not now

Amazing how people forget the holocaust that was 2 years ago. That team made this team look like the '96 Bulls and the Hickory Huskers rolled into one.

And will our fans go after Calhoun/staff for that?

Amazing the vicious nature our fans attack the players as if they were the only problem.
 
This team just didn't progress as the year went on. Calhoun being out showed some real weakness from the bench. Thankfully he's healthy now and we can rebuild and reload.
 
How in the world was this team supposed to win when neither Drummond nor Oriakhi decided to show up.

THAT was the difference. Both were HORRENDOUS

I know Butchy is going to love this, but I want to schedule a game with ISU next season.
 
Lot of growing up to do for our group, we'll see who really gives a damn about team accomplishments vs stats next year. We need a bigger guard that can rebound.
 
This game was lost in the first half. Left themselves too big of a hole to dig out of.

Lets see what happens with the NCAA now.....
 
Well the good news is this season is over. So painful to watch. Total lack of effort from top to bottom

Don't want to hear the apologists say "good try" like we were watching little girls soccer.

The bad news is we have to make up 28 points a game for next year with JL and AD gone.

Where will the points come from?

It could be a while before we see 20 wins again
 
lamb missing a windmill dunk sums up this season. Dumb play and lack of execution. Just lost a little respect for JLamb. We just got dominated and you try to showboat at the end?
