UConn is on a roll. They are playing at a level that many only dream about. They are in the right places at the right time, their defense is stifling and just shuts opponents down. Its a help help defense and very few opponents have gotten an open shot. Every shot seems to be contested. In the AAC championship and against Cuse both athletic teams UConn steamrolled them. The games were essentially over in the first half No reason to think it wont happen this weekend. UConn is playing with confidence and making it happen without thinking.

I hear all this talk about who can score like UConn scores. Well MD can, but not against UConns defense. I dont think there is a team in WCBB that can score over 70 pts against UConns starters unless UConn is in foul trouble, but again what happens if UCLA Oregon or MD have foul trouble?

Folk enjoy the ride because it continues to get better each game and next year it will only get Unbelivable.

Next year will actually be unfair to the rest of wcbb. Just think how good the team will be after their trip to Italy for some preseason games!

Maryland did score against UConn's defense, and there's no reason to think they can't again. Shatori Walker-Kimbrough had an off game with just 10 points. What has to change is Napheesa and Gabby not getting in foul trouble. Napheesa fouled out, and Gabby had 4 fouls. That can't happen again. If they stay out of foul trouble, UConn will win, however; they must first beat UCLA. They are not going to rollover and let UConn win. One game at a time is what works. No looking ahead because you don't know who will be there. Who expected Oregon and Quinnipiac to advance to the Sweet Sixteen? If you did, you could have made a lot of money. Injuries have hurt Duke, will hurt Notre Dame and maybe even South Carolina. At this time of the year health is as important as skill.
