All home soccer games should be played in Storrs just as all home basketball games
The new facility will be great and no need to play anywhere else
If they play in Hartford - attendance will be minimal from student body

Conflicted (like basketball). I absolutely LOVE when the baseball team plays in Hartford. Such a blast.

A few baseball games in Hartford are ok because baseball attracts a different type of fan vs soccer or basketball. You don't see a ton of students flocking to baseball games in the Northeast

Yeah, but the new soccer stadium is scheduled to open in 2020.

So do the players. With a three game weekend baseball series you can spilt games between Storrs and Hartford and get the best of both worlds...
I’m sure the playing at DD Park experience is a lot more exciting than playing at XL for the hockey/basketball teams. Especially when you think about JO Christian Field.
