UConn in the Pros December 2025

It's OKC over the field to win the title at the end of the season and they're going to break the wins record, IMO. I think a healthy Spurs and a healthy Nuggets are the only ones who could possibly play spoilers.
They could genuinely win 77 games. They are insane

I agree with that. There's no question, this OKC team is almost unstoppable and only going to keep getting better year over year with Presti's magic.

I just am intrigued by the cup matchups tomorrow - generally so far, the Cup winner hasn't been indicative of the overall NBA winner.

Also, Shai is a lock for back to back MVPs if everything keeps up as it is now. His advanced stats and counting stats are insanely good (close to Joker in a lot of the "nerd" stats) and if his team wins 70+ games, put it in the bag.

With Jalen Williams only playing 6 games. They're like a cheat code.

AND they have multiple guys out for the year AND they have the Clippers 1st round pick, unprotected...insanity.

Imagine they get a Caleb Wilson, Boozer, Peterson?

Spurs need to stay healthy, they'll be the only ones over the next few years who will have any sort of chance against them. Thunder depth and versatility is insane.

Cam 6/6 from 3, 20pts, Grizzlies need to run more action to get Cam 3pt looks, he should be in the 8 attempt range nightly with the way he's shooting this year and how many minutes he's usually playing.
Perfect example why +/- stat is meaningless

Really crazy to think Pat focused on Lacrosse in college and somehow honed/maintained/built his basketball skills along the way.

Basketball is a sport that relies on skills if you're not an athletic freak, comparatively. The transition from lacrosse to football (which has been done) is easier to understand, but people that move into skill sports like baseball, basketball and hockey, that's much harder to fathom.

For those of you who like to wager, Cam has been an ATM this season.

Speaking of wagering, the guys that sit behind us at PBA talk about spreads and gambling most of the game. They don’t cheer for the team as much as they do for their wagers to pay off. Super annoying.

Been making the SGA comp since forever and been standing on the table about how he’s an elite PG once he got the chance.

Couldn’t be happier or more proud with his performance in just year 2.
It's even more impressive playing beside a ball dominant guard in Fox. I personally felt his development would stunt after that trade.

I honestly did too. It seems like the Spurs have been going out of their way to keep their commitment to him being the PG of the future though and Fox has been cooperating as well.

Hes been rewarding them for it with his play too. It’s really cool to watch the Spurs intentionally invest in him like they have.

He just passes Magic to become the youngest player to have 30/10/5 over 70% FGs.
He also matched up against Luka for the most of the game with that stats line.
Luka is probably the worst defensive player in the history of basketball 🏀

Damn, take the starting five from the 23-24 Huskies and you can understand why that was an historically great team. Castle and Spencer are torching the NBA, DC was 2nd team all-rookie and integral to Portland going forward, Newton is beating up on the G League and should be back to the NBA soon, and Alex is Alex leading this year's NC-contending effort.

Dang. You made me go look. Tristen is killing it.

Newton is averaging:

25.3 ppg
4.2 rebounds
7.8 assists
+/- 5
