I think he used up all his eligibility.
Should have stayed one more year...

I’m sure everyone knows that Pat was a 4 year All American in lacrosse at Loyola Maryland and won the award for best lacrosse player. He went to Northwestern to play basketball for a year because he said basketball was always his first love. Went to play in Europe and then went to the G League and now he’s the starting PG for the Warriors. Probably just until Curry is back. They showed the clip when they were guarding each other in a game. Pat was smiling and trying to back Cam down. Cam didn’t crack a smile at all. Pat missed a turn around jumper. The Spencer brother story is absolutely legendary. They need to do a 30 for 30 on those two.
A 2x All Star who had one game averaging over 20 PPG is the worse case scenario floor. That’s the comp. He’s gonna be a 23-25 ppg, 6-8 reb, 7-10 assist guy consistently in his prime. Someone mentioned in the other yhread, but his 3pt shot last night looked more fluid and less hitchy/slow developing. Hopefully he can get to low/mid 30’s this year in that area. He has literally everything else.
There is no question Tristen can be a solid back up PG for an NBA roster. I really hope he can get that role on the right NBA team.In other UConn news, Tristen is tearing up the G-League, averaging 26/8/4 on 49/38/86 shooting splits and a 2.5/1 a/to ratio.
I desperately want him to play his way onto an NBA roster and into a real role. I still think there's a real NBA guy in there.
Bigger, more athletic version of said player is a Hall of Famer. A comparison doesn’t mean the player will replicate every stat and award to a T. You don’t have to argue all the time, I have my opinion, you have yours.A 2x All Star who had one game averaging over 20 PPG is the worse case scenario floor.
But let’s hold onto this just cause lol

Flagg would've been a better fit on the Spurs and Harper would've been a better fit on the Mavs. But the truth is both those guys are so good and so malleable they'll be excellent no matter what.I was really hoping Flagg joined the Spurs. Victor, Flagg, and Castle is a BIG 3 to build around
We should bring him back next year. Redemption tour. We can pay him more than the G League.Don’t really understand Liam to the G League. He started to string together a few good games. 8 points a game on 50% shooting in 4 December games. Had a season high 10 points last Wednesday, and then broke it with a season high 13 over the weekend
Charlotte's next game is tomorrow, and Greensboro's next game is tomorrow as well. So it's not like there was a game for extra reps
Hopefully he's just there to play a strong part of a few practices and then get called back up to the main roster for tomorrow's game
Idiotic. Just turned 21, can do it all at the PG position with great size and will improve his shooting. The guys ceiling is extremely high. He will be in the MVP discussion more than once in his career. It’s crazy how many Spurs fans were throwing him in trades after his rookie season. He’s a core piece for sure.
Honestly I can’t really blame for the prospects of acquiring Giannis. He’s a bonifed top-3 player in the world. Really anyone below him I would feel some disrespect, but the prospects of acquiring Giannis, Shai or Jokic is something that any franchise would think hard about.Idiotic. Hawk feels like he's run his course in the Big Easy. Change of scenery needed desperately, even if it's going somewhere to get some G league time to work himself in. I'd love a GS for him.Looks like Hawkins might be out of the Pelicans’ rotation now that Poole is back. 1 garbage time minute in a 23 point win
Bryce McGowens had 29 minutes (23 points), Jordan Poole had 25 minutes (22 points), Micah Peavy got the cleanup minutes with 10 (5 points)
They would be idiots to trade him for Giannis. The Spurs aren't idiots.Honestly I can’t really blame for the prospects of acquiring Giannis. He’s a bonifed top-3 player in the world. Yeah, they want to give them Fox.They would be idiots to trade him for Giannis. The Spurs aren't idiots.
True. I think Clingan can be a taller, more athletic version of Drew Eubanks myself. The entire point is that he's a potentially/likely better version of Jrue. That would make Jrue's stat profile a floor by definition.
it’s hard not to be impressed watching him play only in year 2. You know he has that extra gear but he just seems to glide and never rushed. If you watch his game, the game has slowed down so much for him and he’s always in the cruise control to get that 30/10/6 in just 27 mins.
Just watch this highlights reel:
GS has way too many guards/wings, he wouldn't get any run thereHawk feels like he's run his course in the Big Easy. Change of scenery needed desperately, even if it's going somewhere to get some G league time to work himself in. I'd love a GS for him.

I'd watch to see how quickly he is reassigned. I would guess he's called back by the next game. I don't follow every team but Portland did a similar thing with Yang earlier in the year, sent him down for like three days.Don’t really understand Liam to the G League.
