Youngest to have 30/10/5 shooting over 70%What was the NBA record?
Is it? How often does that work out well long term? I honestly don't know the answer, but it "feels" like that rarely results in a guy eventually blossoming into a productive starter with consistent heavy minutes.Better for Liam to be playing in the G league than sitting on he bench watching NBA games.
Didn’t Cam killed it there? Hopefully Liam can do the same.Is it? How often does that work out well long term? I honestly don't know the answer, but it "feels" like that rarely results in a guy eventually blossoming into a productive starter with consistent heavy minutes
What’s most impressive to me is that he is always playing both ends of floor and it’s their goo-to defense stopper:
Killing it in G league doesn't always translate to getting back to the NBA see Adama and now NewtonDidn’t Cam killed it there? Hopefully Liam can do the same.
it’s hard not to be impressed watching him play only in year 2. You know he has that extra gear but he just seems to glide and never rushed. If you watch his game, the game has slowed down so much for him and he’s always in the cruise control to get that 30/10/6 in just 27 mins.
Just watch this highlights reel:
And truly DGAS who he's dealing on.Great comment by the announce, "man, he's just got such a deep bag". So true! He looks like he's out for a walk in the park as he assassinates guys. The opposite of what the kids call "sweat".
That’s the comp. He’s gonna be a 23-25 ppg, 6-8 reb, 7-10 assist guy consistently in his prime. Someone mentioned in the other yhread, but his 3pt shot last night looked more fluid and less hitchy/slow developing. Hopefully he can get to low/mid 30’s this year in that area. He has literally everything else.Bigger, more athletic Jrue. Just needs the shot to come around (last night is what it'll look like if he ever gets it to, say, 36%).
He's going to be our second Hall of Famer.
The Spencer brother story is absolutely legendary. They need to do a 30 for 30 on those two.NBA Today on ESPN just had Cam and his brother Pat on the show to talk about them both playing in the NBA. Imagine the trash talking between the 2 of them in the driveway pick up games when they were kids?
