Castle with a good first half with Wemby and Paul playing.

So many things to love about those highlights

Strip on ball handler into fast break layup. Calling for the ball and then launching a three. Plenty of PG plays finding the open man after driving. Splashing another three no hesitation to take the lead in the 4Q

44% FG, 40% 3P. 4AST/1TO and 2 steals. 17 points in 21 minutes!

Newton 5 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists with 7 minutes to go

Andre no minutes at halftime, but this one feels like a real game so far. I’m sure the benches will get more involved in the second half

He's still not 20 years old. Very impressive!!
A more athletic Clyde F. from my old Knicks teams? Thought of as mostly a defensive guy out of college but had it all.

Jackson with a great d and a steal on his man but missess a layup, then misses what would of been an earth shattering alley-oop dunk, and finally gets a pass while driving to the hoop and gets tied up and goes out of bound. Not great look for Andre. LOL!

Watched a bit of Milwaukee/LA last night. Andre came in the 4th quarter. He passed on a three pointer, drove into the lane and lost the ball. He committed a foul on the defensive end. He stole the ball then missed a layup. He has a perfect alley oop thrown to him and he missed the dunk. I shut off the TV and went to sleep. If he keeps playing like this he won't see the floor if he makes the roster.

His problem is he can do everything except the one thing that matters most on the scoreboard.

Clingan with a smooth trailing three. Aside from that he is running around and looks a bit lost on offense. Not sure if it's guard play or him.

Clingan still lookin a bit like a deer in headlights. He looks thinner but not getting up at all for rebounds, getting outrebounded by Batum. Sweet stroke though.

Agreed, but their whole team looks out of sync. They just aren't that good (maybe the worst team I've seen this preseason).

The Blazers are definitely not good. It’ll take a few years to decide if Scoot is the PG of the future or if they should go in another direction. But based on the box score last night it seems like another step back for him

Blazers also look like they were missing Simons and Sharpe, who are 2 of their top 3 players

Ayton and Clingan pretty much split minutes 50/50. Ayton 17 minutes, 8pts/7reb/2stl. Clingan 19 minutes, 7pts/5reb/2ast/1blk. Not too bad. He will benefit from being able to play behind Ayton while his offense gets fully up to speed

Some preseason minutes today -

Newton: 11 minutes, 6 points (1-3 FG, 4-5 FT), 2 assists, 3 steals

Sanogo just played 2 minutes but picked up a steal
3 Steals in 11 mins! Love that Uconn D!
