UConn in the NBA - April

Not often you see a 1 vs 8 first round playoff series and the 8th seed has more talent

First bucket of the game was Husky on Husky crime. But then Donovan came down and got a jam.

I literally only watch the NBA for UConn alum, so this one is fun
It is but I don't know how to feel about the UConn on UConn crime. It's like watching 2 of your sons play against each other. Dan Hurley, Kimani Young, Luke Murray, and Tom Moore should be proud in the same way Jim Calhoun must've been in 2009 when Ray Allen on the Celtics was going against Ben Gordon of the Bulls.

I hear what you saying but if I have to pick then it's the Spurs. Losing to a 7th seed wouldn't be good for Castles legacy the Spurs would be labeled as playoff chokers not to mention they can win it all, at the very least you wanna see Castle's Spurs lose a hard fought WCF to OKC.

As for Clingan it's a house money series for the Blazers, would sure be rooting for them to win a series vs any other team. Hopefully Clingan can put up big stats though.

For the reasons you stated in your post I am going for the Spurs as they have realistic championship aspirations.

Vasell is on a heater for San Antonio at the moment.

I do fear that OKC has another level to them in the playoffs the experience factor is huge. History tells us you can't go from being a team who missed the playoffs to a championship. The rare exception are the 2008 Celtics but they added 2 HOF players and added vets who already had championship experience. But gotta get to the WCF first let's see.
