haha I disagree, I just posted how I loved it.

Not necessarily that I loved he got into it, but he barely did anything. He got hacked 5x on one play and finished an and 1 by placing the ball on the dude - he was waiting to explode and that's what Steph creates.

I love the silent agitator, it's not his problem he's frustrating to play against.

That sequence shows not only how great the 2024 UConn team was, but also what was missing from this very good 2026 UConn team. Avdija was hounding Castle with relentless pressure full court defense and Castle handled it masterfully with his ball handling and made Avdija and Camara pay for it by taking it to the basket for the And-1. Castle wasn't phased by the in-your face pressure defense. Newton wasn't phased by it either and Spencer was sometimes, but for the most part was not either. All 3 guys were great ball handlers, high IQ players, great passers, and didn't allow pressure defense to make them uncomfortable or speed them up.

I dont have an issue with it at all, also have no problem with Deni's response. It's playoff basketball I love it, it's heated and non buddy buddy. This is all such a non issue.

That 24 team was a pack of dogs. Cam & Steph will be the best BA duo we'll ever see.

The technical was a way to keep things from escalating especially during competitive play offs. It is not the force used by Castle, but a respect thing. Those NBA guys are big on it. You do not have to look far with Jokic’s response at the end of the other game. But yes, the 24 team had lots of grit.
