About a month ago I was on a flight from Fresno to LAX and was seated across from one of the Chef's for Mizzou. He was up in Fresno for a one-day one-on-one class to learn some ice sculpting techniques. Supposed to some world-reknown sculpter who has an academy in Fresno.

He showed me some of the stuff Mizzou uses for their events. Very impressive.
