UConn Hockey - became a fan last night

Quick note to hat tip the Mens team last night. I have not watched much college hockey. Turned in last night while making Sunday dinner. The level of play was impressive - tons of thrills, everyone seemed to play their heart out. A couple shots would have gone in if a 1/2 an inch different. What a game.

Assuming everyone stays, the team will be better next season.

That is an assumption you should not make. The intangibles that made this season the thrilling ride that it was are guys like Shandor and Spetz. They lead, the team followed. The returning guys , many of them very talented, have to dedicate themselves to playing selfless hockey. Team first, individuals second. If they buy into that and hold each other up to that standard then yes, they can do it again and again. If that spirit takes root and flourishes in ‘25-‘26 Hudson and John will be remembered as the start of something great in Storrs. GO Huskies!
