UConn Hauling In The Gold

[HGN]

By my count UConn women , current and former, have won more Gold Medals (9) this calendar year (2012) than any other school in history. Six (6) on the USA Olympic Team ( Bird , Cash,Charles , Jones , Moore , and Taurasi ). Three (3) on the USA Basketball U18 Team ( Jefferson, Stewart , and Tuck ). With two(2) more possible in the USA Basketball 3x3.

Does anyone know whether any other school players have more ? Really doesn't matter though , because by any measure this has been a very good year for our Huskies......And from what Geno says....' The next 2 years could be something special'.
