UConn has already beaten half of the Elite 8!

Maryland, Louisville, Stanford, and Baylor, have all previously been defeated by double digits by UConn. UConn is 6-0 combined, with winning deficits of 11, 17, 17, 19, 20, and 20. By contrast, Notre Dame is currently 1-0 against any of the elite 8, with a four-point win over UMD. Now, if UNC wins tonight, you can add them to this "skins on the wall" list for ND, and that was as 25-pointer. Even with UNC, there is a pretty big chasm on the season's resume between the two teams. This pleases me...

Terrible games for the sweet 16....... none have been competitive..... hopefully the regional finals are better..... cant get any worse.

. Well, none of UConn's six games against the four elite 8 teams were especially competitive. Baylor was fairly close, very close at points, but that's it. Again, this pleases me.
