I've been thinking Shpur might end up eventually in the leadoff spot. He gets on base quite a bit partly due to the amount of walks he picks up, plus he has good speed that he uses for stealing bases. We'll see how he does in the leadoff spot.

I'm thinking the farther in terms of time that Ian Cooke gets away from his injuries that he had before and during his sophomore season, the better job he will do with his pitching. If this is correct, he may be quite good down the stretch of this season. Just hoping that is true.

It does sound a little muffled, but I've had much worse times listening to Chris Jones, I can certainly understand what he is saying during this broadcast.

This is a new home field for Georgetown, in previous seasons they used play in a bandbox that was certainly homer friendly. Don't know how homer friendly this field is.
