I am stereotyping here, but I love, love, love defensive "skill" position kids from NJ. They seem to come with an edge, confidence and toughness that is sorely needed for the defensive backfield.
 
Wonder if he has any ex teammates / friends at Vandy that might want to join him at UC ? Sounds like he would be a good salesman.
