UConn Football - Summer Workouts 2022

Be interesting to hear from the transfers what "workin" is like this summer vs. summers' past where ever they were before. We've heard the energy and teaming are great which is awesome, and that the coaches are way involved. But who are the new Albert Finchers leading early morning runs up and down cemetery hill? Who has earned the honor of carrying the UConn Husky guidon on the O, D, ST units? Is it too early to expect that yet?

I'm sure they worked pretty hard in the past. It's the coaches job to focus that work and translate it into cohesive purposed units. That's how we get the most from our investment. That's what needs to change.

What the coaches are saying and doing are spot on
The players appear to have bought in, not Diaco, PP or RE2 bought in, but earnestly bought in and that will make a difference
But it all boils down to what happens between the sidelines and a few quick wins will set a great tone. But what I want to see is a continual high energy level, a overt feeling of proud to wear the uniform and never give up. It certainly doesn’t appear that the HC and his staff will tolerate anything but those behaviors
