...and an excellent Freudian slip.(I have to say the 49% rate of giving up third damn conversions gave me flashbacks.)
Lol, it definitely was unintended. I think I need therapy regarding Diaco. I still have a lot of anger towards him....and an excellent Freudian slip.

It’s one thing to be crazy and good (ie John Madden). It’s another to be crazy and bad. His stint at ND carried him for a while. I think now his time is done. He may end up again at a lower tier D1 or FCS school.Don't think he's coaching anywhere this year
I think Free hit the nail on the head here. My friend is a Boiler and he is also not sure about Brohm yet. He yerns for the Brees/Alstott days. An Illinois-type game with us having a better chance of pulling out a W sounds about right.Purdue will be a pretty tough opponent but it could be a harbinger of the balance of the season. A victory would signal that we are going to be a pretty solid football team, I think. Plus I am not all that convinced that Brohm is a great head coach. I see this kind of like the Illinois game where we had a shot. This time we need to make a play.
He won a lot of interviews. Too bad he lost the BCU one.Diaco getting jobs off the one season where ND got absolutely destroyed defensively by a great Alabama team.
All that’s missing are the red pants. I remember that game. The coordinator had the team around him during a time out and the bobster is jumping around outside the huddle. It looked like they didn’t want him inside because he would have screwed things up.View attachment 69143
Here is an image of Bob doing Bob things while at Purdue to transition to conversation back to the topic at hand
As a Purdue alum, I don’t think we are very good.. probably 5-7 with a strong big ten schedule (and ND and a pac 12 opponent in the OOC), because we hired diaco for last season. Probably was poised to be a solid 7-5 if they had just hired a coordinator like brad lambert a year ago.I think Free hit the nail on the head here. No doubt about it. Therapy is indicated. I recommend Oban and water. No ice.Lol, it definitely was unintended. I think I need therapy regarding Diaco. I still have a lot of anger towards him.
Lagavulin. Need some extra peatiness and smoke to exercise that demon. No doubt about it. Therapy is indicated. I recommend Oban and water. No ice.
Then why stop at Lagavulin? Go all the way to Talisker.Lagavulin. Need some extra peatiness and smoke to exercise that demon.
I like Lagavulin better. To each his ownThen why stop at Lagavulin? Go all the way to Talisker.
I’m curious what’s your D and team in general like. Our d does not match up well with their offense at all. This game will likely get out of hand early - they have excellent wide receivers and will attack from the get go.
a superstar on each side of the ball
an offense that will always create open receivers even without talent (in 2017 there was no moore or bell, Gregory Phillips was not even P5 level)
a lot of young talent that’s been in the program 1-2 years that’s poised to bust out
only 7 players who have established themselves as Big ten level quality starters going into this season
OL has not established depth or physicality in the run game at the big ten level to this point since the end of the 2018 season, only 7.. maybe 6 guys ready to play big ten level football.
We are gonna go 5-7 this year. I lead with that lol.Wow, Purdue is really , really good. Records as follow going back to 2012. 2012 4-8/ 2013 1-11/2014 - 3-9/ 2015- 2-10/ 2016 - 3-9/ 2017 7-6 ( championship year)/ 2018 - 6-7/ 2019 - 4-8/ 2020 - 2-4.
By the way.. same message for your championship team from ten years ago as I’d give to Boise state fans…Wow, Purdue is really , really good.
