This is surreal. The ineptitude is such that firing him is almost a must, buyout or not. I'd rather pay him and hire someone cheap that at least understands the game. It really seems that Bob just doesn't know what he's doing and its that simple. The posters that have used math to justify it being worth it to pay the buyout and hire a guy like Weist for 750k are balls on.
