Notes from yesterday:

• UConn collects its first top 25 series win since April 10-12, 2015 at No. 12 UCF. The Huskies won two out of three in that series.

• The Huskies captured their first series win against East Carolina. (First in 11 series opportunities).

• Zac Susi collected his 11th and 12th RBI in the seventh inning or later this season.

• Ryan Radue earned his first win of the season on Saturday. He is tied for team lead with 12 appearances.

• UConn won its second game this season when trailing after seven.

• The 3-2 victory moves the Huskies to 5-5 in one-run games this season.

• UConn played its first extra-inning game this season. The Huskies went 2-3 last season.
