UConn, Duke to play at the Meadowlands

National champion UConn and Duke are finalizing an agreement to play at the Meadowlands in New Jersey on a date just prior to Christmas, both schools confirmed to ESPN.com.

Duke may arrange to shut down the bridges and tunnels in an attempt to keep out Husky fans. Apparently this activity is not all that uncommon in New Jersey.

Not much difference between NYC and the Meadowlands in my mind. It's right across the river and it's probably easier to drive. If there is not a UConn football home game, I'll probably go after some tickets.

I dont think its Rutgers backyard . I think Rutgers backyard is a mile square sorrounding New Brunswick. No one cares about Rutgers MBB in NJ. I would probably give it to Seton Hall over Rutgers any day
