I love this and we should put even MORE resources into recruiting north of the border. This is a Moneyball play for us - you compete with the big boys by doing things differently and finding talent that others undervalue. Everyone wants to recruit in Texas and Florida? Great, we'll take the best players out of Canada.

Edsall was great at this. He was knowledgable & dedicated to finding the right kids. Diaco is getting Canadians at American prep schools. He can take this far deeper ... Edsall did.
