As we speak Geno is on the road here in Louisville. A friend saw him and Jeff on TV at Churchill Downs. He is apparently Jeff's guest for the weekend.

Doug looks dapper, like he's ready to party, while Jeff looks like he found another table cloth to wear as a jacket. Looks like he used one his past red and white checkerboard jackets as an accessory, but it just does not mix well with current one.

Some good Geno quotes coming out of this session

Geno on program culture: “You have to get the right people…that’s a lot harder than you think it is.” He estimated that there’s about 10 seniors every year that check off all the right boxes for UConn and everyone in the country want those 10.

Geno on NIL: “I remember saying (to the team), ‘Listen, and listen close: when you guys start making more than me, I’ll start paying attention.’ And when I checked some of the deals Paige signed, I was like ‘.’”
