Unless it suggests a recurring lull in the 3rd quarter, when Paige and Sarah have tended still to be on the court. There have been seasons in which Geno’s teams have owned the 3rd almost as much as the 1st this season.

One additional possibility. Notwithstanding the Ole Miss game, whenever UConn has a big halftime lead, Geno often wants his team to work on their half court offense at the expense of quick transition basketball, i.e. no pressing or fast breaks.

It was presented without analysis.

A bit of concern in Q3 given Ole Miss and UNC games. But too early. Something to watch.
