Why do i even get frustrated with this team? This should just be the outcome I should expect. I don't understand the quick hook for Shaw

This team is far below the standard we've come to expect.

Yeah, I was worried before this season started that this could be a problem. A number of quality players and pitchers from the team last season either graduated, went pro, or transferred away from the team. If you look at the starting lineup, only a few players were starters for most of the games last season. Also, several quality pitchers are from last season as well. Also, a bit over half the roster is new to the team this season.

Meyers didn't have it and Penders just let him melt down. Frustrating

Was it McArthur and Dougherty the two west coast kids who transferred out after having productive years? Has anyone seen how they’re doing this year?

Yes, those 2 guys transferred back out west, closer to where they lived with their families. They did very well at UConn last season.

I believe we now only have winning the conference tournament as a path to the NCAA tournament
