In a game that can clinch the WS for the LA Dodgers, Manager Dave Roberts hands the ball to UConn Class of ''22 SP, Ben Casparius.

From Westport, CT, he went off to North Carolina for 2 mundane seasons. Then transferred to UConn for one season where he went 8-5 in 15 starts. 91+ IP and 127 strikeouts.

Drafted in the 5th round, he debuted this season as a reliever. In three regular season games, he was 2-0 in 8+innings.

We all know its a great time to be fan of our Huskies. We should all tune in to see him pitch in the spotlight.

I hope he gets his *** kicked.:mad:

how nice... let's go yanks. Four in a row starts tonight. Of course with the way they are hitting, this dude will probably throw two scoreless with 5ks. Then again, I think I could do that at this point. Painful.

I think Ben will go 5 one-hit innings.

Heard the Yankees were watching a documentary today.

Looz Yankees. Just bye bye.

Know the family. Great people.

.-.
Ben was a student of mine at Staples High School. I‘m rooting for him to pitch a scoreless inning or two and then the Yankees rake the rest of their bullpen

Freddie Ephing Freeman has forever entered Yankee fandom lexicon.

At least Ben won't be the losing pitcher.

Oh those bases on balls.
