UConn at UCF Replay

perfect, I need something to do while at work! you the man

Thanks again for posting so soon.

Yet I'm actually tempted not to.

Helter Skelter
When I get to the bottom I go back to the top of the slide
Where I stop and I turn and I go for a ride
Till I get to the bottom and I see you again

I just clicked on the scores for Wednesday and I kept hitting refresh waiting for the UCONN 4th quarter scoring to update...then I realized that what I was seeing was the final score. The scoring went from 21 in the first quarter to 16 in the second to 11 in the 3rd to 7 in the 4th. Did someone put a lid on the basket? I can't remember the last time UCONN scored so few points.

Well, there was that brutal 2010 championship game in which a juggernaut squad of Maya Moore, Tina Charles, Kalana Greene, Tiffany Hayes, and Caroline Doty managed 12 points in 20 minutes against Stanford. But we turned things around at halftime.

I found this quote by Geno very interesting since I was scoffed at when I said in a post that Baylor was tired. I guess every team can get tired at this point of the season.

"I think we got tired," Auriemma said. "They hold the ball a lot and make you play defense. I thought our defense was great for the first three quarters, then we got a little tired."
