UConn Assistant Director of Ticket Operations

What in the world are they talking about

With the ACC’s recent TV deal, Louisville looks to make upwards of $10 million on the contract alone while UConn received just over $7.3 million from the AAC in the last fiscal year. Part of that moeny came from the last of the Big East exit fees that ran out in June.

Isn’t this like paying 60$ for a season ticket basically? And UConn wonders why people don’t want to buy season tickets

They have a $60 season ticket too.

and a $105 3 game mini plan.

And the facility surcharge/fees are more than the ticket at this point

Are you sure that's right? Did you call or just try to do it online?

Both.

Payment plan =/= financing (unless the school charges interest).

If I didn't have to pay interest, there's no downside in paying $120 in 4 $30 installments vs the $120 up front. If the total amount is the same regardless of paying up front or in installments, it's always to your benefit to pay the money later.

There's no interest or extra fee on it, which is why I'm doing installments. I can afford to pay full boat right now, but they gave me the option to spread it across 3 CC cycles, you better believe I'm gonna take that opportunity.

So would new season ticket buyers. You know, because, they haven't bought before and its an incentive to do so. But what do I know...
