Toledo's Emmanuel McNeil-Warren goes in second round.

Up to 13 now at #80.According to my math, 6 wide receivers have been drafted so far. It must be getting close to Skyler Bell time.
Based on his numbers, I don’t see how 25(?) were picked ahead of him.Bell likely slipping to Day 3 is crazy. Think a lot of teams will regret that
This is the bigger shock. It’s a surprise he fell to day three but the fact he fell after sooooo many WR were taken before him was shocking! No chance the Giants get him unless he falls to the 6th round…lol!Based on his numbers, I don’t see how 25(?) were picked ahead of him.
Giving up on a 1st round CB for a 3rd round (or 4th round) WR is not a good move.Giants traded up giving up their 4th and 5th round picks to take a slow Notre Dame receiver who had 36 catches. Maybe things haven't changed that much in their front office. The CB taken at 37 better work out. Could have taken Bell there and not lost capital reaching for Notre Dame receiver.
