The story of college baseball. Also happens in the New York Penn League for me in Norwich when that gets going in mid June. All those players fresh out of college make plenty of mistakes.

Nice inning for Coby. Here is how managers earn their keep. If you only care about this game, you’d give Wurster or CJ the ball now and get 2 innings each out of your big 3 knowing you have Kersten for 4 or 5 tomorrow. But if you can get through 6 innings with the lead and use your big 3 for only one inning each you are that much better off. We will see how Penders plays it but I would guess he hopes Dunlop, Johnson andmayock can get him through 6, but we don’t give up the lead unless the 3 closers give it up
