CBS Sports crew on their podcast picked the game. Norlander laying the points and Parrish said he thinks close game UConn win so he took the points.
Both mentioned having no feel for the UConn team. Liking the pieces, but waiting for them to put it together. I think that's an artifact of not playing many home games against good teams until now since our schedule was backloaded with them (and we had literally 0 in the non-conf). We didn't have Sanogo for Providence and we shot terribly from 3. Marquette is the only other full strength home game we've had against one of the better teams in the conference, and we won that comfortably.
I think we're going to make that statement with this 3 game homestand.
