So all the big bets are on Gonzaga…..interesting. I guess the bigger the risk the better the payout. Makes you think someone knows something. But then again it may be an irrelevant data point. To be honest I am worried about this game. Really looking forward to how the injured pups are moving. But 10:00PM is a tough one. Just going to have make sure I am up before the game starts. No way once it starts will I be sleepy…….

Aside from UConn, where I bet like 50 bucks at a time, I mostly play the promos and am up several thousand dollars in under two years. But go on.

The only Sportsbook I see that doesn’t let you is Fanduel.

Its probably an algorithm scam luring in same day only bets. Like stock brokers that don't allow pre-market or afterhours trading. "Here take some free money to be handicapped and lose in the long run".

I might’ve not explained that right.

For example, if it was a 100% deposit match up to $100, you could deposit the $100 and get the bonus bets. Then immediately take it out. So then you just have the free $100 they gave you to bet with. Pretty risk free situation.

I am all for allowing people/adults to choose how they want to live as long as it is legal. Now gambling is legal, weed is legal and we continue to evolve…..maybe. The part I worry about is high school kids. Especially the athletes they all understand way more about odds and lines on betting games than I knew in my early twenties. So it becomes just another normal part of life hopefully most will keep it under control. But these kids are getting exposed to this on every bit of media they are connected too.

The point is, there are plenty of outlets where moderation is key and offer the opportunity to overindulge. A little.....or a lot.

Going on a basketball message board, into a thread discussing the game's spread and warning people about the dangers of sports gambling is preachy and the textbook definition of being on a high horse. If you're that concerned, go find a gamblers anonymous group and donate your time....or shut up. His post made me gamble more on the game. So there.

No the apps give you it instantly. I’ve done it a few times. Most recently with DraftKings. It must be a glitch but it’s been doing it for awhile now.

First thing I looked for was Donovan Clingan under rebounds (7.5) but it's been bet to hell -155.

UConn -10 is +190 (+285 with the profit boost). I took it (and I previously took Gonzaga moneyline straight up).

Actually if you look in the comments someone posts the picture of the figures and Rothstein was not correct. At that time it was still 66% of the money on Gonzaga. I will say though that by game time it was 94% of the bets on UConn and about 53% of the money was on UConn so it did balance out in our favor.
 
Man this was one of those easy money games IMO, I was predicting a 12pt win but FL is still messed up and I think I can only bet in person still :(
 
Told u guys it was ez money. Did I pull the trigger ? No. Lol. Cudda been up a few hundred and had some money to play with for the football games this weekend. Oh well
