Massey's Rating Service has UConn winning by 3, 69-66. This game is projected by many to be very close.

Well the game will be a battle. I expect Liv and Edwards to dominate inside which Im sure will surprise alot of people. UConn can pack it in and force Baylor to shoot from the outside which they havent had a very consistent percentage doing all season. Both teams rebound very well. UConn has great passing and great ball handling. I think UConn by double digits barring crazy fouls being called.

I don't think Liv and AE have faced a front line like Baylor has, and it will give them trouble. We have a big advantage in guard play which will hopefully be the difference..

I'd say the South Carolina front court is just as big and athletic if not more so than Baylor's but I agree it's not going to be easy......

There used to be an announcer who would say'"in again out again finnegan" for a shot that rattled around and came out. Maybe this is the .5.

This is a pick-em game. 2 Final four caliber teams with the ability to win this game. Whoever gets the hot hand wins. Would be nice to see Paige sink some shots in the first quarter. May be too late to wait for 4th quarter heroics. Good game to stay away from but if the line gets to 4 or more, could take Baylor and the points and hedge with UCONN money line.

The outside shooting could be the key. Baylor does not attempt many 3s. Only one starter has even attempted a 3 in the tournament. Only two players have attempted more the 2. So, there has to be a player or two that UConn could cheat off of to help ONO and Edwards (who have shown that they could hold their own against the bigs off SCar and Syracuse.)

Conversely, UConn has a number of excellent 3 point shooters, and they put them in at critical points in the game. That will force the Baylor players out and open the middle and the inside.

Not a pick-em game. Every Sportsbook has UConn favored between -3.5 and -6. Doe example ESPN at -4. Draft Kings at -5.5, etc.

I know what the lines are. That’s why I said if the line gets to 4 or more. (based on the title of this topic,). To me, it’s a pick em game.

Make open shots(3's and mid range) and FT, no foul trouble for the bigs, no offensive rebounds for Baylor, dont let Carrington or Moon go off, no live ball turnovers.

I know, I know...as they say in the market:...
Past performance is no indication of future profits...

But based on the tourney...with open eyes
UConn is playing better and better and executing game plans.
Baylor really struggled; didn't look great at all in their last game.

I think we win quite comfortably.
