Cmon offense. Can’t hold these FSUcks hitters down for long

A couple questions:

1 - How long can Aftim go?
2 - Do we have any bullpen arms for tomorrow?

Phew - escaped another one.

Here's the Matt Malcolm HR from the 9th:

The belly rub was the best part of it

Probably not that they trust, unless they think Cooke has figured out how he was tipping his pitches AND he can come back on short rest.

Shocked it took that long. Impressive late season performance gents. Hopefully we're better next year

Impressive for a Northeast team to make a super regional. Doing it 2 out of 3 years is incredible. Unfortunately, this is our ceiling, but there's no shame in that

It’s the hope that kills you.

Losing to those clowns hurts but what an effort all around and definitely exceeded expectations after a terrible start to the season. A few tweaks in the offseason, some more consistent bats, beef up the pen, and we go again next year.

Impressive run for this group. Really overachieved as there is not much high end talent anywhere in this roster. Think Penders needs to step up recruiting. Having some hard nose D3 guys are not bad but can’t have a roster full of them if you are gonna speak about Omaha with any sense of reality. Just not enough depth, relied on same few guys while there are a dozen or so that contributed too little or in some cases almost nothing over course of season. Loss stings but coaching staff is too good to not figure it out and come back again.

Very tough to be the road team in these Super Regionals. You're playing a better team in their ballpark with raucous fans and have to beat them twice. At least they fought hard today after yesterday's disaster, and they had their chances in the last 3 innings to walk it off.

Great season mainly because they stuck together and came up big in the NCAAs. Breaking through the Supers requires lots of breaks or playing near-perfect baseball competing against programs that are/will be spending seven figures on NIL. Always proud of this program - winners in every way!
NIL for baseball goes right to paying players school/living expenses. Like funding extra scholarships - and baseball is short with 11.7 allowed. Program is doing tons with less and delivering results. Worth your hard earned cash.
