UCONN 2010's All Decade Team

Nurse and Williams.
Nurse was close. Williams was not. Consider their WNBA careers. Nrse all-star in 2nd year. Collier all-star 1st year. Williams less playing time in 2nd year.

The lack of respect paid to Collier by some in this thread is astounding.

I guess I'm a prime offender. Plainly Collier is a tremendous player, but when you are measuring UConn legacy a certain deference has to be paid to Tuck as one of the three horsewomen who cut a path through the NCAA.

Moriah was more important than tuck first year Moriah was a non factor and her importance grew every year especially the last 2

Would we have won 3 championships and lost only 1 game over Stewie's last 3 seasons without Moriah?

I would say this was a well thought out rankings. No major complaints. My initial reaction is that KML should not be on the 2nd team, as I remember her as a 1-trick pony, very good spot-shooter, but she was a below-average defender and often hurt. Didnt realize how good (and efficient) of a shooter she was until I saw her stats.

Only 1 game not so sure but with Hartley Dolson and along with Stewie We Would still be favorites strong favorites to win it all

Sweetest stroke ever.

K was a 2-time All-American, our leading scorer her first 2 years, and an NCAA record setter. She was more than a 3-point shooter, but she was arguably the best 3-point shooter ever, combining volume and accuracy. She totally opened interior play for our offense. She lost about 9 games to a frightening elbow injury and about 3 to mono. Otherwise, she would have been a 3-time All-American.

Sweetest stroke ever.
Kaleena's swish 3-pointers made a unique sound that I don't think I've ever heard anyone else make.

I remember her as well for her very clutch play in the 2015 final, a game where ND was hanging around until KML broke their back with a 3-pointer in transition and then midrange jumper off the dribble.

I was talking about thier Uconn careers.

Stewart still would have won4without tuck pretty much did in reality 2 times
Without Morgan against Oregon State in FF. Her offense and defense in the first half while Stewie was on the bench was the main reason they one the game!

So one game puts tuck above Collier your reaching is making my case

When you have this talent, the difference between 2 players will come down to single games...in case above in single half. :D
