That’s such a big number. Not unexpected but to see it in print is jarring. 16.5 point home dog. Amazing.

That looks too big to me. I think it will be close at the half and Nova will ultimately win by about 12.

Is this the biggest number we’ve ever gotten as an underdog home or away?

Please. I’m not about to advise gamblers out there but are Arkansas and Auburn worse than Nova? If the refs were totally in the bag for us today.still no.

Take Nova and the points. No brainer.

Maybe UConn covers, maybe they win.

But if this game is played 10 times Nova covers this spread 7+.

We actually could win this. If we shoot 50% from 3. And take a lot of them.

Nova averages 11.5 3’s a game and shoots 42% from there.

Not sure on the stats for UConn but we have to be below average on 3 point defense

Sucks when it seems there is no conceivable way we can even compete with good teams.

I don't know if there's a way to find out but has there ever been a bigger spread against us since 1990?

If I was able to bet the game, I'd take Nova with that spread. If XL is sold out, I expect a lot of Nova fans and alums to be in attendance. I know a few and they're all going. A great chance to see a great team in their home state.

Hate to say this but the spread sounds about right. More likely to lose by 30 than a UConn win. 16 feels about right.

This is true of uconn as of late.

We don’t rise to the level of our expectations; we fall to the level of our training.

The only way we cover is Jay shows some mercy and plays the bench for most of the second half. We come back from down big to make it semi respectable in the end.

This could go one of two ways:

a) we put up a fight and keep the margin around 8-10 for most of the game, cover +16.5
b) complete no-show, down by 20 at halftime and lose by 30

16.5 sounds about right, but the margin won't be close to that.
