UConn favored by 14 today. Is this the game they put it all together for a blowout?

I am not feeling a blow out coming. I guess you never know when they might turn the corner but- IMHO- I have not seen the signs yet.
The Johnnies are riding high and have played well- two players scored in the 20s for them last game. It's time to get our Defense in lock down mode for 40 minutes.

It'll be tough for a young St John's team to come into a sold out Civic Center. I just hope if we get up by double digits, like the point spread suggests, we don't stop playing.
I watched the Seton Hall WV game last nite. The hall will be tough in Jersey.

That seems like a big spread. We didn't beat some cupcakes by that much. A lot of youth on both sides. This game could go any number of ways but more of them are in our favor.

I'm feeling another 6-8 point win. We might have a 14+ point lead at one point, but we haven't shown an ability to hold that kind of lead against decent competition.

The Johnnies are young, but those kids are not the type to scare easily. I think we get this one but the road will not be easy unless we get something positive out of AO and DD. the guards need to funnell the Storm guards to the human eraser in the middle.

Someone a few years ago ran some numbers on uconn covering the spread at this point in the season (swami?). They won the games, but more often than not were not covering the spread.
