You can say that but it was a 13 point barrage at the end that even got the game in the position. Cincy stopped playing the last 5 minutes.

That's fine, it doesn't matter, I don't gamble, every point spread is subject to teams letting off the gas, or even having walk-ons come on. It's part of the game.

I'm just talking about the fact that a bad call determined who won or who lost the bet, as that were the last points scored.
