All I know about Morehead State is that they upset Louisville in the tournament with Faried. I think there will be some good betting opportunities on UConn to begin the season.

I wouldn't go that far, they return 88% of their scoring but were pretty bad last season. They won their first game by 20, but it was against an NAIA school who had a below .500 record last season.

But seriously, I don't care what we win it by, as long as we maintain a comfortable margin from 8 minutes or so in through the end.

And spurts. I long to see spurts. Remember, it was UConn that caused Kellogg to coin the term "spurtablity". Different era of course, but I miss those 15 or 20 second, 10 to 15 point runs that just take the heart out of the other team and drop kick it into the stands.

Sagarin (which is useless this time of year) gives us a 79+ and Morehead a 65+, add in the 3+ for home court, and we are 17 point favorites. The 12 point Vegas line means nobody trusts us. And who can blame them? I would be very happy winning by a dozen and playing sound, relatively mistake free basketball.
