Huskies getting homered big time on their own floor. These refs suck.

another bad call against UW, now they get Td up, refs trying to steal this one

71-65 27 sec left

Another 20 pt game for Melgoza.

Onyenwere has 17 rebounds but only 3-13 shooting.

UW finally getting to the line now. 72-65.

That'll do it. FTs for Melgoza. 8 seconds left.

Sr. get a curtain call. Garcia back out on the floor. 22 for Melgoza. Gotta be the conference POW (unless Kiana goes off tomorrow and Stanford beats Oregon).

Crazy day in the Pac. 3 ranked teams fall to unranked teams. Should we just chalk up Cal over Oregon St. now?

Bamberger was back on the bench icing her knee and looking really upset. Gonna be Miller and a bunch of 5 guard lineups the rest of the season.

Well, TBH, I also think UCLA plays very (i.e. too) aggressively. But I'm beginning to feel like a broken record in saying that PAC-12 refs call too many ticky tacky fouls and then let tons of dangerous, injury-inducing contact go unwhistled.

I'm sure I sound like a whiner, but I'm always amazed that the more physical and aggressive teams have less fouls called against them than the other team. It evened up a bit once UCLA was fouling on purpose, but most of the way thru the 4th quarter UCLA had a 14-4 advantage in FTA. It was ridiculous.

Really bad loss for UCLA. Even if they win the PAC 12 tournament they're out of the running for the last 1 seed IMO.

Lots of surprising upsets today with each of Mississippi State, UCLA, DePaul, and Arizona losing to non-tournament teams.

And Arizona St., maybe to be joined soon by Arkansas.

@Plebe would be the first to tell you Arkansas is overrated and the truth of their mediocrity is finally about to be revealed! ;)
Lol I mean don't get me wrong, I think they're an NCAA tournament team. They're just not as good as their ranking this entire season would lead one to believe.

They certainly did nothing to garner respect with an extremely soft OOC punctuated by a loss to Cal.

True. Plus Oregon State and Florida State. The original 4 I mentioned were all ranked in the top 12 which could shake up their chances to land a top 3 seed. 4 seeds are basically a Sweet 16 death sentence this year aside from the Fort Wayne regional.

FWIW, after a big weekend Melgoza is 32 points away from tying for #10 in career scoring at UW, and #9 is only 6 points further away. At least 3 games left. And basically has done it in 3 seasons.
