Group A: Benfica, Manchester United, Basel, CSKA Moscow
Group B: Bayern Munich, Paris St-Germain, Anderlecht, Celtic
Group C: Chelsea, Atlético Madrid, Roma, Qarabag
Group D: Juventus, Barcelona, Olympiakos, Sporting Clube de Portugal
Group E: Spartak Moscow, Sevilla, Liverpool, Maribor
Group F: Shakhtar Donetsk, Manchester City, Napoli, Feyenoord
Group G: Monaco, Porto, Besiktas, Leipzig
Group H: Real Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Tottenham, Apoel Nicosia

Spurs get the group of death... Yikes! It really could not have gotten much tougher. Only upside is Dortmund losing Dembele, but they will still be dangerous.
Chelsea gets a tough draw with Atletico and Roma
The United, City, and Liverpool groups are manageable enough to finish top 2.

Atletico and Roma will be down from last year, so I don't see that as a tough group for Chelsea.
Olympiakos has to e shaking its head. Yes Barca looks awful now but they have incredible talent. I'd rather face Sevilla, Porto, Borussia, and Atletico than Barca. If anything, Juventus's losses will also give an easy road for Barca. Juve is not the same team as last year.

For Group D, Sporting has a real shot.

They may, but I consider it the deepest group. Not the best. Bloodbath. If Olimpiakos can spoil Barca and Juve at home, then Sporting can have a chance.

Juventus will go through. Their losses (Dani Alves and Bonucci) hurt defensively but Juve had world class depth there to begin with and they added Douglas Costa, Matuidi, and Bernardeschi to an already lethal front line. De Sciglio is a solid wing back that they added as well. Barca is the team I'm thinking may get nicked. They are old in midfield and they aren't very good defensively.

I want to know who Liverpool bribed to get that draw.
