This is interesting.

UCF is adding a beach club to its football stadium.
The East Side Club —
where it’s “Never Winter” — is a members-only, Florida-themed, 10,000-square-foot social area where fans can watch the Knights play while sipping on beer and other frozen drinks. No, you can’t surf, but other amenities include a sun deck, a covered lounge, comfy chair-back seating, private restrooms, more than 15 flat screen TVs, Gold Zone parking, VIP entrance to the stadium, Wifi and pre- and postgame access.

This, aside from it being a beach, is exactly what I have in my head for the scoreboard area once the Rent expands. Put a lounge area that stretches from one side of the stadium to the other. Cover it. Add tables and a full scale bar. Throw some HDTVs in there that have the UCONN game and other games too (on 1 or 2 other TVs). Let people go out to the food trucks and bring food in. General Admission seating and standing. Over 21 unless accompanied by an adult. A casual fan Heaven.

Should we add a section that would have a colonial-era house and lots of large trees to our stadium??

Or insurance company cubicles.

.-.
It would be awesome to add something "Connecticut" inspired or historical to The Rent. Ive always thought that. End Zone expansion would be a great area for this... Maybe have a log cabin or colonial-style building that houses a fan bar, pine trees and oaks around it? Maybe some rock ledge/a LI Sound lighthouse replica?? Something that says We are CT.

Nothing says Connecticut like a wine bar
