UCF did recently win the Fiesta Bowl over the Big 12 Champ....BUT it is not a program that reloads.

Hey...aren't West Virginia and North Carolina "directional" schools?...or is there a dispensation if the whole state is directional.

Yes, directional means the school exist to serve a region within a state and thus does not represent an entire state.

If the area You represent has votes in the electoral college you are officially non -directional. I think it is in the 14th Amendment.

UCLA is a directional of sort
Sure, University of China Los Angeles ... and other Asians. All joking aside, the Pac 12 is aggressively marketing and even broadcasting to the Middle Kingdom and other areas of the Far East and Asia in general. Pac 12, and to a lesser extent B1G games, are regularly available in many Asian areas.

Hartford is tiny. Metro Hartford, Hartford County, the Hartford DMA, and the State of CT of which Hartford is the capital are not tiny.

Last check, did anyone catch the ICF ratings in Frontierland? Because last I heard, WDW and the like are a major part of the Orlando economy.

Exactly. The 10s of 1,000,000s who visit Orlando for Disney World, or any of the related theme parks, are not the least bit interested in any UCF sports let alone football. The empty pool at the Red Roof Inn- Orlando has more of an effect on the local economy than the Knights do. At least the local thrashers (Isn't that how the kids refer to them these days?) can jump the fence and skate in the pool.
