That rule needs to be reevaluated. If the player attempts to get the ball out of the end zone, then it should also mean that he concedes the touchback.
If he did not kneel in the end zone for a touchback, then shouldn't UConn been flagged for tackling the guy on a touchback? How can it be both a touchback and a clean (gang) tackle in the end zone at the same time?
