U.S. Open Qualifying

Love to see either of both make the cut. But the set up at Torey should be vicious.

There in and Fowler, Bradley, Dufner are out. Go figure but that's golf.

As is right. You need to earn your way in unlike the PGA who gifted Fowler an exemption.

Fowler has earned any exemption he gets with his career accomplishments. But I still love the way the open gives anyone a shot.

Agree for sure, makes it unique among majors. Is the qualifying for the British the same?

Career accomplishments????

Do tell.

5 wins on PGA and two in Europe. An abysmal Ryder Cup record.

He may belong in the endorsement Hall of Fame but his actual golf record is meh+.

Rickie has to be the most overrated player in history. He's made gobs of money, but only has 5 career wins and no majors. He gets so many more endorsements and attention than players a lot better.

I have never understood the Rickie Fowler obsession by fans and media.

5 tour wins and no majors is worth an exemption? doesn't seem like it to me. I think his major accomplishment is being an early adopter of social media.
