I propose the following formula to measure thread title badness. Measured in "percent badness"

PercentBadnsss(NumberOfWords) = 100 * 1/NumberOfWords

One word thread titles would equal 100 Percent Bad

Two word thread titles would equal 50 Percemt Bad.
