Seems like we should have a shot among that group. If nothing else, competition will help put some pressure on Akok to commit.

Odd that Buffalo is mentioned yeah, but the rest seem pretty normal for a borderline top 100 player. Also I feel like we aren’t really recruiting him.
 
If he's still available to get lets go after him. Kid's a beast, and Precious is looking less likely more and more. Plus this kid will probably be a 3-4 year guy.

Isn't Precious being recruited as a 3, Samuel and Akok as a 4. Seems to me we hope to get Akok and Samuel is the backup to Akok. The backup plans for Precious are on the roster (Sid and Tyler), in the class of 2020, or next year's grad transfer market.

I think he just likes having us on his list. Don’t think we’re really on him much (or at all) and I don’t expect him to end up here.

He’s also really overrated. No way he’s top 100 with the way he’s played this year.

I looked on 247. He's showing 22 offers including Kansas St., South Carolina, Virginia Tech, TCU, and UConn. Watched some tape on him, he looks pretty coordinated/athletic with a good all around skill set. Would play the 4.

Can you please elaborate on his play this year - where have you seen him? Whats his down side? Thanks

Nate Oats is a stud. Dude will be coaching a high major in a couple years. Buffalo is gonna make some noise this year.

Shot 22% from 3, averaged under 10 points and 5 rebounds per game. Averaged 2.3 TO and less than 1 AST. The staff wasn’t seen at any of his games all spring and summer. He’s all upside and no production at this point.
